At Pazeider we strive to provide you with the greatest possible clarity regarding the cancellation conditions for your stay. The rules follow the provisions of the South Tyrolean Hotel and Innkeepers Association (HGV).
Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made within 10 days prior to arrival, without travel cancellation insurance, the following fees apply:
- bookings with breakfast: 80 % of the total amount
- bookings with half board: 70 % of the total amount
In the event of an early departure, all booked and unused days, including meals, must unfortunately be charged.
To protect yourself from such unforeseen events, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance. This covers you if, for reasons beyond your control, you are unable to start or must interrupt your trip. Examples include sudden illness, accidental injury, pregnancy complications, or the death of a family member. Also covered are events requiring your urgent presence at home, such as serious damage to your residence (e.g. fire, flooding, vandalism), or personal circumstances such as loss of employment or an unexpected court summons.
“Family members” include not only spouses and children, but also parents, grandparents, siblings, brothers- and sisters-in-law, parents-in-law, and – in the case of a registered partnership or cohabitation – the close relatives of your partner.
